Winter Monthly Rentals

 Our summer is exciting and brings many visitors every year. You can use our monthly rental in the cooler months from October through February. You experience fewer crowds, less traffic, and beautiful winter weather.

October 2025 through February 2026. 

Valid Dates:

 Oct. 1st-2025 - Feb. 28th, 2025. You must stay at least 25 days to qualify for winter rental pricing.

 Linens & Cleaning: 

Upon arrival, the condo will be cleaned and linens will be set up including towels. The guest will be responsible for cleaning the unit and washing towels and linens during your stay. We have a washer and dryer in the unit. 

•  Security Deposit $ 500

• Departure Cleaning Fee  $195

• Damage Deposit $ 500

• 1st-month rent due 30 days before your arrival.

• The Security and Damage Deposit will be refunded 3 days after departure.

• No Pets / No Smoking.

                       The Security deposit and Damage deposit are only refundable if there is no damage or if there is no 

cancelation by the guest otherwise are not refundable.
